Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions have been drawn up to protect our business and you as a customer. We hope to make this document as short and clear to read and understand as possible.
Contract:
When you purchase a product from our Shop, Facebook page, Adverts.ie Online Store, Ebay Store or website, you are entering into a contract with us. The contract follows with your purchase as seen below.
Online Store:
- You can either find our products on Online Store or click the link to Our shop page which is located in the home section, about section, under our photos, videos, and posts on our Facebook page. It is also located when you click Shop now at the top of our page and when you click ‘’checkout on Website on our Facebook page.
- Click on the product you want to purchase, click buy now in the top right hand side (you will need to Create an account if you are not a member using your email address and a password. Then you proceed with your purchase by entering the details required on screen.
- We will then process and dispatch your goods once we have received the notification of your order as long as you have not cancelled your order and is in stock.
- We will then send you a confirmation email which details when your purchase will be sent out and your tracking number if sent with tracked post. If your items are sent by standard post, you will not get a tracking number. All 0rders under 50 euro are sent by standard post so you must specify by sending us an email of message stating that you want your order sent by tracked post. We do not take responsibility, resend or offer refund on items are not received if sent by standard post.
Facebook page:
- Click on the product you want to purchase, click on the Paypal link in the comments section or in our post. You will be redirected to Paypal. (you will need to sign up if you are not a member using your email address and a password or you can also checkout as a guest. Then you proceed with your purchase by entering the details required on screen.
- We will then process and dispatch your goods once we have received the notification of your order as long as you have not cancelled your order and is in stock.
- We will then send you a confirmation email which details when your purchase will be sent out and your tracking number if sent with tracked post. If your items are sent by standard post, you will not get a tracking number. All 0rders under 50 euro are sent by standard post so you must specify by sending us an email of message stating that you want your order sent by tracked post. We do not take responsibility, resend or offer refund on items are not received if sent by standard post.
Reasons for not accepting your order:
- An unexpected error may occur.
- Your payment was unauthorised or not received.
- The item you ordered was not in stock.
Shipping:
We offer tracked postage at an extra cost, otherwise we send orders via standard post, therefore An Post/Royal Mail are liable once we send the order with them. If the order is sent and for some reason you don't receive it we will not replace or refund the item as we have no proof if you have received it or not, tracked postage is 4-15.00 extra depending on size and weight of order. Items over 50 €/£ will always be sent via tracked post. ALL ORDERS are sent to the address attached or provided. To make sure the order is sent to the correct address please attach you're Eircode to the address on you're payment method, please make sure that this is the correct address.
Returns:
Every customer has the right to return the goods purchased and get a full refund if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase. If you do not like the product or somebody else purchased the same product for you. We can not return. If the item/items are part of an order of numerous items, the full delivery charge will have to be paid by you, the customer. However, the goods must be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and contents and in resale condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods in the condition previously described by us. If you contact us, we can offer you assistance and provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. This is known as the "cooling off period" and applies to all online orders only.
You can also return the goods purchased within 14 days for an exchange provided the goods be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and contents and in resale condition. The cost of returning any goods must be paid by you, the consumer.
Faulty items & Warranty:
We must be notified straight away of any defections or faults with a product purchased from us. Once the product is returned within its warranty, All of our products carry a different warranty ranging from 30 days to 12 months. We will issue you a full refund or offer a replacement/ exchange. However, we have the right to test and inspect the product returned to us by you. If the product shows no fault and is working as described, we will then return it to you and include an explanation on the correct use of the product. This can be due to misinterpretation of instructions.
After receiving products from us, we advise you to contact us with any queries you have in relation to using the product or understanding products instructions. We are here to help so please do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
Our warranty does not cover physical damage. ie if you drop the product and there are signs of physical damage, it will not be covered under our warranty, even if a software fault arises hereafter.
Disclaimer:
There is no guarantee that the information on all or any of our web pages is complete, up to date or correct. The products on our web pages are constantly updated and changed and there can be mis-prints and mistakes made. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of any third party links that we may provide.
NxTGen Technology does not take responsibility and expressly disclaims all liability for any damages of any kind that arise from the usage of our products, reference to, or reliance on any of the information we provide about our products on any of our webpage's.
The information and pictures may not be an accurate representation on our Facebook page and may not be the same as the information on the links we provide to other websites and we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information. The information and advertising on our Facebook, Adverts,ie, Ebay and website is based solely on the information our suppliers provide for us and our interpretation of the information we are given may be slightly different.
We do not take responsibility to links to third party websites on our website. These websites have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.
NxTGen Technology cannot be held responsible for any damages the products we sell cause to you or your property that arise from the misuse or general use of the items. You must read all the instructions carefully and take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the items we sell to you. You must adhere to all warnings on our products, instructions and age recommendations.
We test all of our products extensively before we ship them. This is our way of ensuring that all of our products are of safe and high quality. We apologise for any slight damage to packaging as a result. All of our electronics are sourced from within the EU and we guarantee that the products we list are at a minimum CE certified and comply with regulations and laws in the republic of Ireland and Europe. We do not directly import any of the items we sell. All items are sent to us from countries within the European Union. We do not import anything. Therefore we can not be held responsible for any defects arising from the products. This is between you, the customer and the manufacturer.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide a charger with any of the phones we sell, only a charging cable.
Android TV:
Due to the nature of our product range, primarily home and personal computing systems, we are not responsible for the content accessed on our devices and neither do we condone piracy. Please ensure that you satisfy yourself that either you or the sites or applications you access have the relevant copyright agreements in place and you are indeed legally entitled to access any content you choose to. We do not take any responsibility for the use of any of our products once they are dispatched. This legal notice distances NxTGen Technology from any potentially illegal activities associated with the devices we provide. We sell mobile and home pc systems to provide you the function of accessing media content that you own or have consent to use.
We are not held responsible for any content accessed on any of our units once they have been purchased.We strongly recommend, and only promote, accessing content you are legally entitled to via the relevant ownership or leased agreements.
Privacy policy:
At NxTGen Technology, we adhere to all laws on data protection, privacy and data security. It is very important to us that we protect the security and privacy of your personal information. We hope this privacy policy will help you to understand the information we collect, how we use and safeguard that information and who we share it with. We only share information with third parties to pay for our products such as Paypal, Ebay or Shopify or adverts.ie where you are redirected to pay for your orders. we do not disclose customers information unless it is part of a service we are providing to you. In our shop, We accept Cash and Credit card. We can also accept credit card payment for goods over the phone and again we do not disclose customers information unless it is part of a service we are providing to you at your consent. In other words, your credit card information will not be used for anything other than imputing the credit card credentials into our credit card machine for accepting payment of goods and services.
Personal information
We do not collect any personal identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide it. When you do provide any personal information, we may use it to process your order, shipping label, responding to a email or question or for you to help our relationship with you. eg, by liking our Facebook page or talking to you through Facebook.
In order to contact you about offers we have that you may be interested in we may use your personal information to do this.
We will not sell, rent or market your personal information to third parties and you can choose to delete, opt out or unlike us on Facebook, Email or phone if you no longer want to receive marketing offers.
Any personal data provided by you at your consent to us is stored in a careful organized manner. Any data gathered by us is safe and secure. We ensure that any and all precautions are taken to make sure your data is safe at all times. We do not hold onto any data unnecessarily or unless we are sure we will need it again in order to provide our products or services to you.
Any information/personal data you provide to us will be used in order to carry out the service we provide. we do not gather any personal data without your consent. If you request any of the information you provided to us. we have a clear process of retrieving this information quickly and giving it to you free of charge. If you would like us to delete the personal data we have stored on you, we have a clear process in place in order to do so.
Any information and personal data we use for marketing is done so at your consent. we will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have given us your consent to do so. we have a clear process in store and online which allows you to opt-in or opt-out at any stage.
An Post:
Through ordering goods through our Facebook page, Adverts.ie, Ebay, you give consent to us to disclose some of the information you have providing so that we can complete your order and send it to the name and address you have provided.
Deposits:
We accepts deposit payments for goods and services in our shop providing full payment is paid in full in advance

Terms & Conditions for Repairs:
Quotations:
Based on the information you provide to us we will issue a price/quote, this is an estimate only. After inspection it is possible that the price to repair the device may be higher than the previous estimated price given. On occasion the new estimate price may be higher than the previous price if this is the case we will contact you with this information before we proceed with the repair to gain your permission.
Minimum charge:
There is a ‘minimum charge’ for every repair, This charge covers the engineers/technitions time, cost of repair parts used to attempt repair of the device. The minimum charge will be due after inspection in situations where: the unit is beyond economical repair. ie It will be cheaper to replace the device than fix it. We provide a repair quotation and it is refused by you. The minimum charge may be disregarded if you agree to allow us to keep the device to use for spare parts. In instances where a phone unlocking service provided by us does not work on your phone e.g too many attempts exceeded, incorrect IMEI given to us. The minimum charge owed is the full amount quoted to unlock the phone. However a discount may be applied at our discretion.
Turnaround Time:
Specific repairs can be carried out the same day providing parts are available. In circumstances where the parts need to be ordered, the turnaround time may increase. An estimated turnaround time will be advised when booking in a device and this may vary. For repairs that need to be send to the repair center, these repairs carry a minimum of 3 - 5 working days from the date they are received at the repair center. Repairs can take longer to be processed during busier times.
Warranty On Repairs:
All of our repairs have a 90 day warranty period from the date we receive them unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event that your device becomes faulty within this period you must return the device with the receipt issued to you. We will reinspect the device and then respond to you. If you find a fault with a repair and are unable to bring it back to us straight away you must call and advise us of the issue in order for us to make a note of this. Once we inspect the issue and the problem is related to the initial repair we will carry out the repair again free of charge. If the device has developed more problems unrelated to the original repair or parts that were not replaced in previous repair we will then get in contact with you again to advise you on this information regarding the cost before you make a decision on the repair of the device. If the device is still faulty after this we will issue a refund. After receiving your device back from us and it becomes faulty and you bring it to another repair shop this will void your warranty and you will not receive a refund.
If we carry out a repair on your device and another fault/issue arises during the period it is in our possession and this fault is irreparable we will return the device to you unrepaired and can offer a refund on your repair.
Each Home button on apple Iphones is uniquely coded to the main board of the phone and once failed; the finger scanner function is unrepairable. All devices are rigorously tested before leaving our hands and we urge you to also check the products we sell as soon as you receive them.
Unpaid repairs:
After we repair a device it will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date it was ready to collect. Whether the device has been repaired, deemed unrepairable or requiring a re-quote we will make reasonable attempts to contact you via the contact details you provide to us. If you do not make any attempt to pay for our service or get in contact with us within 45 days the device will be sold in order to recover our costs.
Liquid Damage Repairs:
This repair process can be very temperamental and are carried out on the basis that we can only do our best to repair the device. The original fault can appear after the device has been repaired and sometimes the fault can get worse after a period of time. We offer no warranty on liquid damage repairs.
Information/ User Data:
We will do our best to retain any data on your device however we cannot be held responsible for any lost data please ensure you backup your device before bringing it in for repair.
Damage/Loss of goods left in our possession:
We do our very best to ensure that your goods are in safe hands however if any damage happens to your goods such as they are lost or stolen your goods are left into us at your own risk and we will not be held responsible.
Payments:
Payments are required prior to a repair or once a repair has been completed successfully. If the device has been deemed unrepairable or you refuse a re-quote a minimum charge applies.
Mistakes in bills, receipts and payments:
We do our best to ensure that everything we do is correct occasionally mistakes do happen if this is occurs we will correct mistakes as soon as possible with regards to bills, receipts and payments.
Reviews and complaints:
We have many satisfied customers, we do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied even when things go wrong. If you have a complaint please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any issues you may have this will help us avoid these issues from reoccurring in the future. We will advise you on how long it will take to resolve your complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.
Confidentiality/Privacy Policy:
In order to carry out a repair on your device, we will need the passcode to your phone in order to test the device before and after the repair. We do not access, disclose or keep a record of any of your personal information. Your personal information is confidential. We do not disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client’s equipment except to employees or agents of NxTGen Technology to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.
